Hello!
I am a retired yoga and wellness instructor of 17 years who has transitioned to writing (a life-long love), creating, and teaching through guided meditations. I am a playful, intuitive seeker who embodies and shares the importance of living a co-creative life. To me, the body is the bridge between the soul and the human experience, so I honor the responsibility of taking care of it and trusting the wisdom that it holds. I’m a mother of two very (VERY) different children, who keep me surprised and laughing, daily. I either want to die dancing or curled up next to my loved ones.
